Pat specializes in strength conditioning and high-intensity cardiovascular workouts. Train with Pat Deleon every Tuesday & Thursdays 6 pm to 7 pm in his KickBox Boxing Class that includes strength/cardio workout, boxing Kickboxing techniques, music and lots of fun!
